US house type A, B, C etc 

NZ equivalent areas for US type A, B or C homes 

We often refer to US houses or properties as Type 'A', 'B', 'C' etc, and have therefore
prepared the following table so Investors can get a feel for the type of areas we are talking about in NZ terms. Please note, these classifications do not necessarily describe the type of construction or age of the buildings, but more the general feeling of the area and the type of families based on income in these locations.
